Work process

1. Manually transfer the plate stack from the ground rolling line of the color repairing table at the edge banding to the power ground rolling line for buffering.

2. The robot's automatic feeding is composed of 2 feeding positions and 1 pallet position. The 2 feeding positions can be used for one backup and one use. 3. The panels automatically loaded by the robot are scanned by the automatic code scanner to confirm the processing attributes of the panels. Each processing attribute has a corresponding panel distribution flow.

4. The layout of the drilling area is composed of 2 areas, 3 ABL220 drilling areas and 4 six-sided drilling areas. 5. The processing attributes of ①, ③, ⑤, ⑥, ⑦, ⑧, ⑨ select the processing equipment in the six-sided drilling area, and the processing attributes of ② and ④ select the equipment in the processing area of the ABL220 four-sided drilling.

6. The panel after the drilling process passes through the automatic scanner at the back to identify the information of the panel, and the information system allocates storage locations to the corresponding panel according to the panel information.

7. The sorting connection is composed of 3 channels, and each channel is composed of 2 sorting robots and one stacking robot. The number of packages of an order is equally distributed to 3 channels, and the panels in one package are equally distributed to 2 robots.

8. When all the panels of an order are all set, the robot will go out of the warehouse, and the stacking robot will stack the panels according to the established subcontracting rules.

9. After stacking the panels, the information system will send the current carton size of a package of panels to the paper cutter, and the PLC system will send the panels to the corresponding paper-piercing workers according to the queue that sends the data to the paper cutter. Bit.

10. The packaging line is composed of two packaging lines, which can simultaneously meet the requirements of two orders to be shipped out of the warehouse at the same time. One packaging line is responsible for the packaging and sealing of the plates of one order.
