Q: 1. How to get sample?

A: Sample will be provided on condition that: Sample request less than 200*200mm can be sent for quality test in free of charge. Sample delivery cost will be at buyer's expense.

Q: 2. When to start production?

A: Right after our bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the advance payment.

Q: 3.What is the Delivery Leadtime?

A: Leadtime is around 2-3 weeks per container.

Q: 4. How about Packaging?

A: Packing in export standard quality wooden crates hardboard carton boexs or pallet based on request.

Q: 5. Guarantee?

A: Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging by professional inspectors.

Q: 6. Are you a manufacturer ?
