SK flange hose

The inner rubber of SK flange hose adopts polyurethane and butyl rubber as the main raw materials, and add special reinforcing accessory ingredient to make into compound rubber. The color of the finished inner rubber is black and transparent. It has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high toughness, high pressure resistance and smoothness. It can withstand the friction of concrete. The inner rubber layer has the function of making the conveying medium bear pressure and protecting the steel wire from corrosion. The outer rubber is black, smooth (surface covered with cloth), SBR/NR compound rubber, anti-aging and wear-resistant.

Packaging:

(1). Pipe outside packing with plastic bags and caps to protect surface and flange.

(2). Packing in Iron frame, 50 pcs per iron frame, Fit for LCL goods, qty less than 100 pcs.

(3). Bundle: per bundle 10 pcs. 20' container can hold 24 bundle, 40' container can hold 50 bundle.

(4). Bulk: one 20' container can hold 270pcs, one 40' container can hold 500 pcs.
