1. Arrangement of the machine

The layout of the machine in the workshop shall meet the convenience of mold replacement and maintenance. Generally, a space of 1-1.5m shall be reserved around it, and the space between the two machines shall be about 2m.

2. Requirements for installation foundation

In order to work without vibration, the machine should be placed on a cement base. The foundation thickness is ≥ 459mm, the concrete grade is not less than 200 × and the horizontal error of the foundation is 1 / 1000. The exposed part of the pit in the foundation shall be provided with suitable cover plate (installed for the tunnel pipeline) to prevent accidents. The bearing capacity of the installation foundation shall not be less than 8Mpa.

3. Installation sequence

Installation is divided into fixed installation and mobile installation.

1) The fixed installation is to transport the machine to the foundation pad, install the anchor screws, preliminarily adjust the level, and then pour concrete into the anchor screw holes, and then fine adjust the level after the concrete is dry and fixed. It can also be fixed directly with expansion bolts on the foundation pad. The inclination of the machine is not more than 3 °

2) The method of fine leveling is to use a level meter to measure on the upper plane of the lock template and the dovetail slot of the pen holder. After the vertical and horizontal leveling, tighten the anchor screws evenly.

3) Mobile installation allows you to move equipment at any time. Just place the shockproof pad (standard size, but not Leshan standard accessories) on the empty position of the foundation bolt, use a level ruler on the upper edge of the formwork, correct the level, adjust the shockproof pad, and then fasten the nut. The inclination of the machine is not more than 3 °.

2、 Precautions for bottle blowing machine hoisting

When the bottle blowing machine is hoisted or displaced, all steel cables shall not be tied directly to the paint surface or other processing surface of the machine, nor shall they be squeezed on the pipeline or wire pipe to avoid scratching or damaging the equipment. Instead, it should be lifted through the lifting position on the machine, and the lifting capacity of the wire rope should be checked before lifting.
