Introduction:

Working principle:

The holes on the grid lining plate are arranged obliquely, and the width of the holes gradually expands to the discharging end, which can prevent pulp backflow and coarse particle blockage. The slurry flows into the fan chamber through the pores in the grid lining plate at the discharge end, and then turns to the upper part of the tube and exits along the pore passage. The hollow shaft neck is inlaid with wear resistant inner sleeve and one end is made into bell-shaped blade so as to guide the pulp to flow out of the mill. Due to the pulp is discharged through the grid plate, so we call it the grid ball mill.


Installation and testing

1, Levelness shall be cared when installing the grid ball mill, the equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

2, Making sure the equipment body in vertical position with the foundation levelness.

3, Checking whether the bolts are loose or not, tighten them if necessary.

4. Power cable and control switch are configured according to the power of the equipment.

5. In the last step, empty load test will be carried out after the inspection. Production can be carried out after the test runs normally.
